limitations: holding back or restraining.

example:  The teacher let us have an open-book test, but she placed limitations on what books we could use.



describe: to explain in speech or writing.

example:  "Now class," the teacher began, "I will describe to you what I expect you to bring to class tomorrow for our first show and tell."


embracing: to hug, to receive or accept gladly.

example: Our class, embracing the idea to raise money for charity, had a very productive brain-storming session to determine what business to start to accomplish this.



logical: probable, reasonable, or using thinking based on clearly thought out ideas to come to a conclusion.

example: We all agreed that Jeanne was the logical choice for class president, because she didn't jump to conclusions but thought things out carefully.
