Forlorn: feeling sad:


Example:  I felt forlorn because my best friend was sick and couldn't come over.



Revealing:  showing or uncovering something that is not known.

Example:   She arrived with a frown on her face which was revealing about her feelings.



reluctant: not wanting to do something.


Example: Henry was reluctant to be part of the piano recital because he was afraid he’d make a mistake.



pressure: something that feels demanding and difficult and causes stress.

Example: When there is a time limit on an exam, I feel pressured to rush through causing me to make mistakes.
